Refund policy
We stand behind the Evening Oak Diffuser completely. If your experience is anything less than what we promised, this policy is here to protect you.
30-Day Return Window
You may return your instrument within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. No explanations needed. To be eligible, the item must be:
— In its original condition, unused or lightly used
— Returned in its original packaging with all included accessories
— Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)
Items returned outside the 30-day window will not be accepted unless covered under our 12-month warranty.
How to Start a Return
Email us at sales@eclectickyo.store with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. You do not pay for return shipping.
Do not send your instrument back without contacting us first — unrequested returns may experience delays.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of our confirmation, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
We do not issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used at checkout.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued in the following cases:
— The item is returned with visible signs of damage caused by the customer
— Original packaging or accessories are missing
— The item is returned after the 30-day window under special discretionary approval
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your instrument arrives damaged, develops a fault within the 12-month warranty period, or you received the wrong item - contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@eclectickyo.store with a photo of the issue and your order number.
We will either send a full replacement at no cost or issue a complete refund, whichever you prefer. You will not be asked to return a damaged or defective item in most cases.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
— Items damaged through misuse, improper cleaning, or modification
— Items returned without prior authorisation
— Orders where the 30-day return window has expired and no warranty claim applies
— Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Warranty
Every Evening Oak Diffuser comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from misuse.
To make a warranty claim, email sales@eclectickyo.store with your order number and a description of the issue.
